A23 pedestrian crossing (2)

Question by Steve O'Connell
TfL also argues that the A23 crossing is not used enough and hampers traffic flow. Residents are very much against its removal as the next crossing at Croydon Road involves several sections, is on hill that is difficult for the less mobile and has a blind corner approaching it from one side. Will you instruct TfL to cancel this plan?
